Compliant Workforce Deployment
Deploying personnel overseas requires managing complex regulatory networks and logistical details. Mutefiqun coordinates the entire process internally from our Addis Ababa office to guarantee candidates arrive safely and on time.
We verify airline ticketing, register candidates with the Ministry of Labor and Skills, obtain official exit clearances, complete medical health clearances, and send flight itineraries directly to employers. We also guide candidates through airport protocols in Addis Ababa so departures are stress-free.
